A pap smear takes a sample of cells from the cervix to catch early changes before they become cancer. It takes only a few minutes, and we make sure of your privacy and comfort throughout.
We offer two methods: the conventional pap smear, and SurePath Liquid Based Cytology, which gives the lab a clearer sample to read.
Women are generally advised to start screening at 21 and repeat every three years, or as their doctor advises. If the result needs follow-up, we explain the next steps and help with referral.
